ATC Kids

This class is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for kids and their development needs. Kids ages 6-12 will participate in engaging and varied body weight workouts that prepare them to be well-rounded athletes and help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.

Workouts will consist of learning proper alignment and technique while being fun and game focused. All activities will be age appropriate and designed to teach the fundamentals of movement.

Parents can enjoy a challenging spin class while their kids are active and engaged in the gym with a qualified coach.

About the ATC Kids trainer:

Sierra Johnson is one of the top long track speed skaters in her age group in Canada. She played hockey for many years, Irish danced, lacrosse and basketball. Recently she was the dry land coach for her skating club which involved leading kids ages 8-12. Sierra also trains at the ATC in the adult program. She is energetic and is excited to be leading this kids class. She promises a challenging and fun class that the kids will love.

Ages 6-12

Please bring indoor running shoes (outdoor shoes are not permitted in the gym), a reusable water bottle and a healthy snack.

Cost: Drop in $12 or 10 class pass $100 for first child and $50 for each sibling.

Parents are to remain in the facility during this class and are encouraged to join the adult spin class. Registration for the class should be done online prior to class times and can be accessed here:
