Sebastian Pearson, Strength & Conditioning Coach

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and also an NCCP/World Rugby Level 2 Rugby Coach

Sebastian Pearson has competed at the highest level of sport and has the knowledge of what it takes for you to get to and compete at the next level of your sport. Whether it is preparing for your first season of University Volleyball, training for the NHL Combine, or just wanting to win the members tournament at your local tennis club, I am here to help you or your team reach your goals.

Sebastian is a member of the National Senior Men’s Rugby team and spent 4 years playing professional rugby in England with the Leicester Tigers and Coventry RFC.

Sebastian returned to Canada (from England) in 2011 to attend the University of Western Ontario and obtained a BA Honors Specialization degree in the field of Kinesiology. During that time he toured Europe, The Pacific and The Americas with Team Canada. Sebastian also played on 4 national champion teams with the Ontario Blues, at the same time gaining an OUA and National 7’s Championship with Western.

Sebastian trained at the ATC in the summer of 2011 under Richard Clark and also trained under by and worked with Kari Schnieder at Empower Conditioning who assisted the Canadian National Women’s hockey team in winning their gold medal at the Sochi Olympics. And has trained many more national Team and professional athletes.

This past year Sebastian was the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Western Mustang Men’s Rugby Team and started Spear Strength out of Empower Conditioning, and Centrefield Sports in London Ontario.
